Beta mod letting Sims control who can call or text, reducing phone spam with interactions like “Exchange Numbers” and contact blocking.

• Current (Beta): Number exchange, block/unblock from Relationship Panel, “Exchange Numbers” interaction (Friendly/Romantic with Get Together).
• Planned: Phone settings menu, per-Sim contact list, interactions like “Give Fake Number,” reputation impact, caller ID, trait integration, blocklist consequences.
• Compatibility: Base Game, Lot 51’s Core Library, Get Together (optional).
