## Installation

1. Download the ZIP file.
2. Extract the downloaded file.
3. Copy the included `.trayitem`, `.blueprint` and `.bpi` files.
4. Paste them into:

`Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray`

5. Start The Sims 4.
6. Open the Gallery.
7. Go to **My Library**.
8. Search for **Modern Family Estate**.
9. Place the estate on a suitable residential lot.

## Important Placement Instructions

Before placing the build, open the cheat console and enter:

`bb.moveobjects on`

For the best result, place the lot directly from **Manage Worlds**.

Avoid rotating the lot after placement, as this may cause landscaping or decorative objects to move or disappear.

When you do not own every pack used in the build, The Sims 4 may automatically remove or replace certain objects.
