This is a cheap home with a really good amount of rooms. I saved simoleons in every way I could, such as using the free concrete flooring, in order to get as many objects from the pack I would never use again, which is why the guest room ended nearly empty while the pets and kid room got all the budget. I didn't have Cats and Dogs at the time, so I couldn't test their objects, but everything else should work.
