Swing Interactions - Conversation Tweak

Less prominent swing interactions for a cleaner pie menu. 

In an unmodded game the swingset related interactions will prominently pop up on the first page of the interaction pie menu as soon as there is a swingset on the lot, which I do find quite annoying. I mean, you could still click on the swingset if you wanted to use it, could you?

Conversationtweak is a modular mod, but you can totally use this module on its own.
