NPCO - Discover University

This mod attempts to stop the game from spawning/creating NPCs in the background, specifically from Discover University dlc.

With this mod, your Sims will be able to complete university, however, living in a dorm on campus may not work as intended, and neither will the various campus clubs and activities.

Use with the NPCO base game mod.
