NPCO - For Rent

This mod attempts to stop the game from spawning/creating NPCs in the background, specifically for For Rent.

Note that this mod DOES NOT STOP potential rental families from spawning, but only the walkby and open street sims, plus some stall vendors.

To be used in combination with the NPCO base game mod.
