This mod attempts to stop the game from spawning/creating NPCs in the background, specifically Eco Lifestyle.

Use this mod with NPCO Base Game mod.

If you are using this mod, you probably will not be able to successfully complete the gameplay that comes with the Eco Lifestyle pack.
