No Wrinkly Teens

The Sims 4 sometimes assigns forehead creases and mouth lines to teen Sims, skin details that are only appropriate for adults and elders. The result is teenagers who look like they've had a very rough childhood. No Wrinkly Teens puts a stop to that.
Why You Need This
Teen Sims should look like teenagers. The vanilla game doesn't agree — it hands out adult skin creases at random during age up and spawning with no regard for age appropriateness. It's a small thing but it's immediately noticeable once you see it. This mod removes those details automatically so you never have to think about it again.
How It Works
No Wrinkly Teens automatically strips forehead creases and mouth lines from teen Sims across all outfits. The fix runs on spawn and on age-up from child to teen, so new teens always come in clean.
For teens already in your save, run nwt_fix once from the cheat console after
installing. After that the mod handles everything automatically going forward.
Requirements
- The Sims 4 — base game only, no packs required
Installation
- Download and unzip
deadlystingnyc_no_wrinkly_teens.zip - Drop the unzipped folder into your Mods folder:
Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods/ - In-game, go to Game Options → Other and make sure Script Mods are enabled
- Run
nwt_fixonce from the cheat console (with testingcheats enabled) to clean up any teens already in your save
Troubleshooting
Open the cheat console with Ctrl+Shift+C, enter testingcheats true, then use:

Compatibility
- No tuning overrides. Patches Python directly, making conflicts with other mods unlikely
- Does not affect adult or elder Sims
