Less Emotion Idles

Reduces the idle emotion animations, Sims tend to do every few minutes.

Makes the idle emotion animations less frequent. This will especially make the flirty idles to appear less in unfitting situations.

The below screenshot shows the confident emotion idle, but there are idles for each and every emotion that are all (except the scared one) covered by this mod.
