NAPs are voted on via the community voting boards in each neighborhood in Evergreen Harbor. You may also be able to use the mailbox. You may desire to place one if you are playing in another world. This is easy – go to the local park (and possibly any other public lot) and you can place a Community Voting Board. From there, voting will be open from Friday 8AM to Monday 6PM and the highest voted NAP will pass. During the rest of the week, you can work to gain influence.
