Adds a new Cottage Living cow costume for female toddlers for the Costume party. By default, there are no costumes available for toddlers so they will wear some randomly generated nonsense.

Costume parties are part of the Deluxe Upgrade for TS4, so if will need that. You will also need the main Costume Party Tweak for this addon to work.

Required Packs: Get Famous, Spooky SP, Toddler SP, Cottage Living

Compatiblity: Will conflict with any mod that alters these tuning files (except for my own as I made them compatible:

Default override of the Cottage Living cow overalls.

Note: EA clothing that has been assigned for use with this mod will be seen as CC by the game. If you want to create a Sim to share in the gallery, temporarily delete the mod. You can also save already existing Sims anew after deleting the mod. They will then show as CC-free.
