Clean Energy - NAP Overhaul

NAP overhaul is a modular mod that makes the effects of the Eco Lifestyle Neighborhood Action Plans (= NAPs) much more subtle and sensible. Each NAP has its own mod package and you can combine them in whichever way you prefer.

This ist the Clean Energy module. 

Sims will not only gain influence points from repairing objects, but also from upgrading objects.
