*A BBQ Grill, and lots of outdoor seating: picnic tables, dining tables, benches & 2 wooden pergolas to relax under and shelter from the hot sun!

*A "lotus" Pool for adults and elders to relax in under the pergolas and the shade of a leaf canopy!

*If outdoors/water isn't your thing, or you need a break, relax and watch your little ones from the big glass windows of the "rest room", which includes a Cards Table, Crafts Table, Bookshelf, couch, armchairs and a Vending Machine!

originally built on the 'anchorpoint abode' lot in san sequoia, but can be placed wherever you like!

when playtested, everything worked as i expected (but if desired you can move the towels on the loungers to have them all be functional)
