PawnShop + Residential House 🏠💎

With the launch of the new EP, I thought about building a house that has a family business on the ground floor, more precisely a pawnshop with luxury items and more. I tried to give a realistic vibe to my construction through the shape and decoration used. ☺️

On the ground floor we have the pawnshop which from my point of view came out very well and even makes you think of a pawnshop fromreal life. Surely the people who will reach this place will find nice things that they can buy. Considering that in this construction I used only objects from the base game and this expansion, the objects are quite limited, but if you have other packs I recommend you to add even more interesting objects for sale. 😉

On the upper floor we find the apartment of the family that has the pawnshop and is divided as follows, a bedroom overlooking the main street, a living room, a small kitchen but with all the utilities and a bathroom. The entrance to the apartment is through the right side of the block, but you can also enter from the pawnshop. Of course, the areas are well demarcated between the pawnshop and the owners. I also left a gray area for uninvited visitors, just for a little suspense. 😲
