Parenthood Mods - No Text Messages for Fixed Bad Relationships

Reduces the dull and ever repeating text messages on your pinboard received when helping someone fix a bad relationships. There will still be the text message for the outcome because that als gives the benefits (relationship and character value increases), but there will no longer be a pointless text message while doing the fix relationship interaction.

Please note that the interaction was put into the relationship sub panel with the pie menue update (just in case you were looking for where it had even gone, just like me).
