No New Nordhaven Stall Vendors - Townie Overhaul Less Fame

No more newly generated NPCs to tend the stalls in Nordhaven. The game will only use already existing townies to tend stalls. You might have to take this module out temporarily if one of the original stall vendors (like the baking stall grandma) dies, so that the game can spawn a new sim for the role. That's why I made this module separate from the main townieoverhaul_lessfame file. 

Townieoverhaul is a modular mod. The most important modules are the main module and the nounimportant Sims module, so you should at least install these if you want significantly reduced townie generation and famous Sim spawning. Technically, you are still free to choose whichever modules you like.

With this mod, celebrities will no longer invade all lots in your neighbourhoods.

The mod also reduces the generation of new townies significantly.

Sims that are required for gameplay purposes will still be generated.

The mod comes with several modules so you can temporarily get rid of modules if you feel you need more Sims of a certain kind.
