No new Life & Death Ghosts - Townie Overhaul Less Fame

With this mod, celebrities will no longer invade all lots in your neighbourhoods.

The mod also reduces the generation of new townies significantly.

Sims that are required for gameplay purposes will still be generated.

The mod comes with several modules so you can temporarily get rid of modules if you feel you need more Sims of a certain kind.

Townieoverhaul is a modular mod. The most important modules are the main module and the nounimportant Sims module, so you should at least install these if you want significantly reduced townie generation and famous Sim spawning. Technically, you are still free to choose whichever modules you like.

This is the EP 17 No New Ghosts module.

Once you play with the Life & Death pack, there are an aweful number of ghost townies created by the game. This mod stops the generation of unimportant ghosts for the Life & Death pack. The game will instead spawn existing ghosts. This excludes Alice, Edith and other important ghosts, so you can still play the pack without issues. 

Please note that this module does not affect specters. You can remove the specters with my destroy object cheat whenever you get sick of their sight. They will respawn when you next visit so you can still do the tarot quests requiring them or play with them whenever you feel like it. 

This module can technically be used with the no ghosts module of this mod without issues, because it uses different tuning files.
