No Fix Missing Tooth

When children lose a tooth, the game immediately tells the player that they can use the "Fix Missing Tooth" interaction on the child instead of waiting for the new tooth to grow.

The interaction makes no sense and defeats the purpose of children losing their teeth.

This mod removes the interaction entirely.
