No Aging at Birthday Party Invites

Sims will no longer age autonomously when they invite you to their birthday party.

You could still age them up manually using a birthday cake if you really wanted to.

This mod is compatible with my Call and Visit Tweak so if you choose the brown phone color for a Sim, you can disable birthday invitations for that Sim.
