More Cottage Living Grand Meals

Changes some of the top level food dishes to grand meals so that your Sims will have more choices when fulfilling that holiday tradition:

- Beef Wellington, vegetarian

On addition, it will also make some of these dishes available if you randomly stock a buffet table.
