Lower Starting Funds

Dear All,

This Mod overrides the starting funds for your Sims. Instead of 20K, your Sims will start off with only 5K, which is barely enough to build a small home.

Perfect for a Rags to Riches challenge.

THIS MOD CONFLICTS WITH ANY MODS THAT OVERRIDE "shared.native.tuning" XML FILE.
