Lot Trait Effects Hider - Version 2
Description
Advanced version 2 of my lot trait effects hider mod.
It hides the disturbing visible effects of all lot traits.
On addition, it also changes some of the lot trait buffs to happy (childs play and fast internet) and fixes the annoyant convival lot buff.
