Less Romance Availability - Conversation Tweak

If you have set your Game options to show some relevant suggestions for conversation when you click on another Sim instead of just the main categories (friendly, romance, ...) like I have, you might have been bothered that the game will quite often suggest romance interactions with Sims your Sim has never ever flirted with before. This even occurs when your Sim already is in a happy relationship!

So, I made this small mod to reduce that by a fair bit so that I can play along as I wish and actually consider the suggestions the game gives me.

Conversationtweak is a modular mod, but you can totally use this module on its own.
