Juiced Community - NAP Overhaul

NAP overhaul is a modular mod that makes the effects of the Eco Lifestyle Neighborhood Action Plans (= NAPs) much more subtle and sensible. Each NAP has its own mod package and you can combine them in whichever way you prefer.

This ist the Juiced Community module. 

It stops Sims from constantly being dazed while the juiced community NAP ist active.

Sims will also be more effective at learning the following skills while that NAP ist active: Ranch Nectar, Juice Fizzing, Bartending, Juice Pong (hidden skill)
