COMPLETE No Festival Notifications

Disables all pinboard notifications for festivals.

You don't need this if you play on patch level 1.125.59 or above, because you can disable the notifications under settings now.

Required Packs: - (just delete the parts for packs you do not own)

Compatiblity: Will conflict with any mod that alters these tuning files:

all festival drama node files (see the different mod modules for further details if needed)

Conflicts with my no festival notification sound mods, though you can mix an match them as long as you do not use two parts that affect the same festival type.
