Chance Cards School Tweak

Gets rid of Parenting Chance Cards that pop up while your Sim is at school and reduces the likelihood of the other school Chance Cards.

I made this mod because I was so annoyed of the constant pop-ups during the time my Sims were at school.

Note that if you install this mod, your Sims will switch to a weather based outfits when they go to school. That means that they will not wear their school uniform when you play in snowy escape.
