Vacuum and Cleaning Overhaul (Plus Bug Fix)

🧹 This mod overhauls the vacuuming system, fixes service NPC vacuuming, adjusts sim autonomous cleaning  behaviors, and improves vacuum efficiency.

🧼 Maid & Butler Fixes:

• Fixes the bug that prevents maids and butlers from vacuuming.
• Maids and butlers will use any vacuum cleaner standing on the lot and will generate their own vacuum cleaner if there is none.
• Maids and butlers will get rid of dust piles, dust bunnies, and trash piles.
• Maids and butlers will automatically vacuum in all moods, even if you do not lock their needs.
• Maids and butlers will clean up hair piles, pet poops, and horse manure.

💨 Active sim & Efficiency Changes:

• Makes active sims vacuum even when in the following moods: Bored, Confident, Embarrassed, Fine, Flirty, Happy, Playful, and Sad.
• Changes Light Vacuum to Deep Vacuum at dust level: Dusty, and Deep Vacuum to Vacuum for Perfection at dust level: Filthy.
• Reduces overall vacuuming time.
• Vacuums will clean dust and trash piles in a much larger radius.
• Prevents Slob, Filth Dweller, Lazy, Bad Mannered, Noble and Child of Noble sims from autonomously vacuuming.
• Makes sims vacuum continuously until the floor is completely clean.
• I bypassed the EA override that forced sims with the Neat or Good Manners trait to autonomously clean—like vacuuming, picking up trash, or doing dishes—even if they had blacklist traits like Lazy, Slob, Filth Dweller, Bad Mannered, Blue Bloods, Nobles, or Children of Nobles. Sims with these blacklist traits will no longer clean on their own, regardless of their other traits.
