Skip Introductions and Meet Sim

This mod is still compatible with Patch 1.124
Requires the XML Injector. Grab it here.
Click on a sim or pet ---> action ---> Meet sim. This allows you to skip introductions and unlock normal interactions with a sim you've never met before. Can also be used on celebrities.
