Promote Creative Arts - NAP Overhaul

NAP overhaul is a modular mod that makes the effects of the Eco Lifestyle Neighborhood Action Plans (= NAPs) much more subtle and sensible. Each NAP has its own mod package and you can combine them in whichever way you prefer.

Sims will stop being obsessed with clay blobs.

Sims will be more effective at learing the following skills when the Promote Creative Arts Neighborhood Action Plan ist active: writing, painting, photography, creativity, fabrication, acting, flower arranging, musical skills, creative skills

If you have the Seasons Pack installed, you will also be able to click on the ground and choose one of the group singing songs that came with that Expansion Pack.
