Ideal for people who prefer setting a romance trope in CAS for their couples and sticking to that one afterwards, because romance trope pop-ups are extremely predictable and get annoying rather fast.

Gain Preference Pop-ups Disabled is a modular mod, but you can mix and match the modules however you like.
