No Bad Bath if Tub Upgraded

Sim's won't have a bad bathing experience if their tub has been upgraded.

Just a simple mod that makes sure your Sims won't get simultaneous "Squeaky Clean" and "Low Quality Bath" buffs from bathing in an upgraded bath tub.

NOTE: Requires XML Injector.
