NJ's Faster Cupcake Factory

I'm back with another one of my faster game mods! This time, the cupcake factory fell victim- I mean volunteered to take 5 minutes or less to bake a fresh batch of cupcakes! Now you can make you lactose-intolerent sims cry uncle as you force feed cupcakes down their throats. 

Conflicts with any package that alters the speed of the cupcake factory....sowwy.

Let me know if you want a different flavor (I ain't talking about vanilla or chocolate...) and I'll gladly make it.
