Dream Home Decorator Call & Visit Tweak

Complete overhaul for visits and phone calls. In general, Sims will not call you while your Sim is asleep or very tired. Mix and match the modules however you like according to your owned packs.

This is the Dream Home Decorator Module.

Sims will no longer get calls to choose a new interior design gig without even being in the interior decorator career.

This bug has allegedly been fixed by patch 1.125.59, but I can't see any changes in the codes that would verify it actually being fixed.
