Door locking - "Allow access to..." for front side only

Adds "Allow access to..." rules for door locking that apply only to the front side of the door.

This package includes the following rules:

• Allow access to household (front side)
• Allow access to employees (front side)

This mod depends on the Lot 51 Core Library. Please make sure that it is installed additionally.
