NPC Adoption Agent Career

Like all my careers this requires the XML Injector.

I admit it.  When I saw this on a list of basegame careers I thought it had to do with adopting children and having them taken away.  I never do that in the Sims or had that happen to me, so I figured it was ripe to have a custom Sim do all that.  Buuuuuuut it turns out this NPC career is really about the animals.  

Well.  Okay.  Let's roll with it.  I want to do a few of these anyway.  So why not?  Let's open up the NPC Adoption Agent NPC for Cats and Dogs.
