No Bookcase Starting Objects

Bookcases will no longer come with free books when you purchase them on your lot. 

On the other hand, bookcases on certain Community Lots like libraries and parcs will come with a larger variety of books (including skill book manuals) when using this mod.

- For existing venues, just buy any bookcase in build mode. Return to live mode for the books to be added. Then the bookshelf can be deleted again if you don't want to. 

- Or just copy and existing bookshelf (with the eyedropper tool), delete the original one and place the copied one where the old one was, so you don't have to go in buid mode again to enjoy the mod (that's how I do it),

Also fixes a bug where the Tiny Living tv-bookcase-stereo combinations would not have special starting objects when placed in libraries.
