Cold/Hot Weather Wear For Family Photos

Adds cold/hot weather wear as outfit choices to functional family photos.

This mod doesn't need any translations as I used EA text strings as I always try to do with all of my moods. The text strings will automatically show up in the language you are playing the game (mine is German as you can see on the picture below).

This mod works

- for the EA functional family portraits (e.g. the one that was obtainable shortly after Jungle Adventures released and the one that came as a preorder bonus foir Life & Death)

- for CC functional family protraits (e.g. my 1-tiled simply framed family photo pictured below)
