Mod Description: Expand the utility and fun of having a Bonsai plant. This mod adds two actions to the basegame Bonsai plant that will allow you to get enhanced use of your Gardening skill and make shaping your Bonsai as convenient as it is fun.
This edition is a fully rebuilt version of Bonsai Buddy previously posted on MTS.
- Talk to Plant (non-Autonomous). This allows your Sim with a Gardening skill of 4 or higher to talk to the Bonsai. Speaking with the Bonsai will increase your Gardening skill.
- Regrow Bonsai (non-Autonomous) If your Gardening skill is 5 or higher, you can begin using your Gardening skills to regrow the Bonsai for instant reshaping.
Your skill level determines what states the Bonsai has to be in for you to be able to regrow it.
- Skill 5 – Can restore the Bonsai unless it is already shaped or botched.
- Skill 8 – Can restore the Bonsai unless it is botched.
- Skill 9 and higher – Can restore the Bonsai under any conditions.
