Upcycling - NAP Overhaul

NAP overhaul is a modular mod that makes the effects of the Eco Lifestyle Neighborhood Action Plans (= NAPs) much more subtle and sensitive. Each NAP has its own mod package and you can combine them in whichever way you prefer.

This ist the Upcycling Initiative module. 

When this NAP is active, your Sims will now be more effective in boosting their handiness and fabriaction skill
