✨ About this mod

Romantic Hangout Events adds a new date event to your game, designed to make dating feel deeper and more meaningful. It includes brand‑new romantic interactions, unique event goals, dynamic personality‑based outcomes, and a special “Share Life Values” conversation that lets your Sims discover whether they’re truly compatible. You can host the event almost anywhere — at home, restaurants, parks, or custom venues — and every interaction adapts to your Sims’ traits, romance level, and preferences.

💕 Romantic Hangout - Social Menu

I've added a new pie menu to the game that you can use when this event is active.

💫 New Event Interactions:

I've carefully crafted new social interactions for this event, available within the event's social pie menu. All of these interactions include multiple notifications and outcomes depending on your Sims' personality, likes, dislikes, and much more.

• Gift Flowers to Date (§12)
• Passionate Kiss
• Say They're One of a Kind
• Share Life Values

☑️ Custom Event Goals

The event consists of a main goal and multiple new custom goals you need to complete in order to get a bronze, silver, or gold reward for the event.

💫 Main Goal: Socialize with Your Date 0/10 (this will give you the Bronze medal).

Helpful Tooltips

All new interactions include clear tooltips that explain what the interaction does and what relationship level your Sims need before it becomes available, making it easier to understand how to reach gold during the event. ✨

🏆 Gold Reward!

Reaching Gold will give your Sim 500 Aspiration Points!

⏳ In-depth: The new “Share Life Values” Interaction!

This interaction actually turned out to be the biggest part of this event! I've really missed having meaningful conversations with my Sims at date events, and this event interaction is my way of (somewhat) fixing that.

💕 Learn if you're a good match, or not!

Share Life Values is one of the more unique and larger interactions in this event — instead of just chatting, your Sims actually open up about what they want from life. The result? You find out if you and your date are genuinely compatible.

Running the interaction will always teach your Sim a little something about their date (like a random trait reveal). But beyond that, if the two of them actually share key things in common — they'll get a romance boost and a notification that reflects exactly why they click.

These dynamic outcomes are based on romance level, common traits, likes, dislikes and lifestyles!

No match? This interaction can still go badly — an awkward silence or a total vibe kill that puts a dent in the romance. Attractions (for Lovestruck Users) also factor in, so even if you match on personality, you might not get a “we click” outcome if one of you isn’t actually attracted to that personality.

✅ Support for Lumpinou’s RPO Traits

Support for Lumpinou’s RPO mod is included — Sims with the “Want Children” or “Doesn’t Want Children” traits will be fully recognized and counted in by this interaction.

August 28, 2026 - v. 1.0.2 (second update)

• Added missing pack-safe code for players not having Lovestruck installed
  • Note: This event should not show up in game if you don't have Lovestruck EP installed - using the old version will throw animation errors and LE's if you try still to run the event (without Lovestruck installed).
• This update is mostly important to players having my All-In-One download folder installed that works for all pack-setups.

v. 1.0.1 - August 28th, 2026:

• Fixed one small LE tuning error (not critical — just old leftover code the game ignores, but still throws a harmless LE for).

v.1.0 - Special Note - June 27th, 2026:
