Eco Friendly Appliances - NAP Overhaul

NAP overhaul is a modular mod that makes the effects of the Eco Lifestyle Neighborhood Action Plans (= NAPs) much more subtle and sensible. Each NAP has its own mod package and you can combine them in whichever way you prefer.

This ist the Eco Friendly Appliances module. 

It adds gifting flower arrangements to the interactions that count towards participating in the NAP

Sims will also be more effective at learning the following skills while that NAP ist active: Gardening, Flower Arrangement
