Updated to 5 Maxis Match decor of a witch's broom rack & brooms for spooky season (one rack has varying broom sizes for kids), can be placed on any floor or ground.
Always suggested: bb.moveobjects ON (it makes placing items wherever you want much easier)
Raise & lower objects with the 0-9 keys (if you want them in a place other than a surface's slot or the ground)
