Basic Furnitures

- Counter and counter island for build huge island;

- A counter island for individual use with waterfall edges;

- 5 modules of floor cabinets: left and right side modules and 3 middles modules (1 closed, 1 for "builtin" microwave and one for big appliance like coffee machine).

- A floor-to-ceiling shelf with light for two different wall heights: low walls and medium walls. The low wall shelf came with 1 variant for one-level platforms and the middle wall shelf came with 2 variants for one-level and two-level platforms. Variants are chosen in the color swatches. The black line indicates the platform level.

Appliances

- Builtin Stove (oven+cooktop), Builtin Oven, Builtin cooktop, builtin microwave

- Fridge that matchs with the Floor Cabinets

- Stove Hodd for all three wall heights

Plumbling

- A standalone sink that matches with the counter;

- A separeted sink;

Decor Items

- Cutting board with and without lemons (choose the variant from the color swatch);

- A Lemon bowl;

- A Bultin Countertop dish rack (for left and right sides);

- A cookware collection with 2 pots (with and without the lids) pan; The no lids pots and pan have slots to stack;

- Wood bar stool

Tables

- A Bar table (Needs dine out) that can be combined with counters corners without cheats;

- A 2x1 table that can be combined with counters corners without cheats;

Build Items

- 2 new wallpapers concrete tiles wallpapers;

- 1 new concrete tile floor;

Almost all items have the Beam Collection Solid Colors swatches.
