Willow Creek Restaurant - No cc

Willow Creek Restaurant has a makeover.  With a romantic area for those simmies wishing to propose, outdoor dining is also available at this restaurant.  At the bar area, you can have a drink whilst playing darts and waiting for your table.  Creative sims can practice piano, tell jokes and even strum a tune on the guitar.  This lot is built without CC.  Hope you enjoy this lot in your save file.  I have heaps of fun with this lot.
