Become a Cardiologist! You'll spend your days keeping hearts healthy, from spotting high blood pressure early to racing the clock during a heart attack. It's a long road to qualify and the pager rules your life, but saving lives never gets old. You will choose one of two tracks: Clinical Cardiologist, the diagnosis-and-long-term-care route, or Interventional Cardiologist, repairing hearts with catheters and stents. Both roads lead to the top job at SimCity Hospital.

Ultimate Cardiologist includes 1 main track with 6 levels and then 2 career branches! Branches include: Clinical Cardiologist and Interventional Cardiologist.

UPDATE AUGUST 2026: This mod has been rebuilt from the ground up in Sims 4 Studio. It no longer relies on Mod Constructor V5 and no longer requires a script file. You will now need XML Injector. 

UPDATE 10/08: Fixed an issue where Logic skill wasn't showing in career branches. Re-download for this to fix in game.
