Criminal Career Case Fix

Reset a case that is bugged for some reason by doing filepaperwork on the computer.

That way, you will get a fresh, unbugged case without having to quit your job and reapply on a lower career level first like you'd have to in a Vanilla game.

The occassional corruption of unsolvable cases in the criminal career where no criminal shows up because the Sim generated has been reassigned for another role by the game already has been an issue since the release of the pack that has never been adressed by EA.
