AC- Residential Assistant Custom Career

I've always wanted a career like this in the game and could never find it despite looking through Google and Tumblr. I decided it couldn't be too hard to create careers, and here we are. I didn't get it locked for just university students despite all my attempts. It is for teens (in case you have High School Years) and for Young Adults. Obviously needing University is a given. (If this does work in just basegame let me know. I don't have the wifi to uninstall all packs but the base game).
