Fix Inapproprate Early Morning Agency Calls

This fix the annoying "Select GIG..." pop-up in the early morning (4:00-6:00 am) from Freelancer Agency when  you are not a Freelancer

There was a version made by Zer0 covering  Makers

This version cover Makers and Interior Decorators.

YOU won't receive these calls anymore UNLESS (as EA initially wanted it to work) you're a Freelancer for these categories (maker, Interior Decorators)

I was annoying about this, i saw a lot of people too.
