Active Trait Fix - Cat and Dog Sanity

Catanddogsanity is a modular mod that gives you back your sanity when playing with cats and dogs. It fixes various things that are wrong in the tuning of cats and dogs that EA never bothered to fix. All mod modules are freely combinable, there is no base module required.

This is the active trait fix module.

With this module, friendly pets will no longer be such a nuisance to your Sims. By default, active dogs would spend all day whining because they wanted to got for a walk and active cats would jump around like mad to the point where it made the vet career unplayable.
